Zema has been involved in graffiti for much longer. She first tasted the thrill of illegality more than 15 years ago, when she had just entered the Cégep du Vieux-Montréal. It was there that the sportswoman that she was, coming from a private college, fell in love with the world of skateboarding, hip-hop and graffiti… to the point of abandoning school and spending her nights tagging with her crew. “It was a pretty rough time in my life, it was going every which way!”
