Zoltan

Zoltan Veevaete is a multidisciplinary artist based in Montreal. His artistic practice revolves around the mixing of materials and genres historical data. He alternates artistic mediums between graffiti, mural and oil painting. Master’s degree in Visual Arts from the University of Ottawa, he is interested in the bridges that can be created between the different media virtual XR and material works. The recent work of Zoltan Veevaete is an allegory of current issues such as: cultural diversity, culture and the consumer society. It questions the art object, the disembodiment of the image and the evolution of pictorial techniques leading to the visual immersion of the spectator.
